Tom Frasure
Administrator
Tom was raised in Pocatello Idaho and graduated from Idaho State University. He has worked as a Health Care Administrator since 2004. He enjoys playing sports, outdoors, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Alisa Barnes
Physician Assistant
Alisa was born and raised in California and graduated from the University of Utah PA school. Alisa enjoys traveling, yoga and the outdoors.
Billi Stephens
Physician Assistant
Billi is married and resides in Ogden, Utah. Billie began her medical career as a medic in the army reserves. She graduated from Drexel University MSHS. She enjoys body building, sports, yard work, traveling, meditation, and the outdoors.
Jason Carlson
Physician Assistant
Jason was raised in Kenai, Alaska. He graduated with his Bachelor's from Utah State University. He graduated with his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah. Jason enjoys sports, camping, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his wife and 4 kids.
Ryan Wojciechowski
Physician Assistant
Ryan was born and raised in Utah. He attended school at Weber State University and University of Washington. His clinical background is in Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Spine Surgery, Emergency Medicine and Family Practice. He enjoys skiing, hiking, music and reading.
