Summit's Access Membership program provides a great benefit to those without insurance and a wonderful supplement for those who have high deductable insurance plans. For a small monthly fee, members have unlimited access to the clinic for only $5.

- Individual: $39 per month

- Family (up to 5): $99 per month (each additional child is $25)

- Only $5 clinic fee for each visit

Employers can receive a 23% discount when purchasing Access Memberships for their employees and their families!

Punch Card Access

Purchase a 5 visit punch card and save over 20% -- Cost: $175
